As a house of prayer, the BLD Covenant House and Retreat Center is committed to :
- Serving as a spiritual refuge to the world-weary and as a center for learning the values of the Kingdom for those whose lives it touches through the community encounter programs, seminars, retreats, recollections and other religious activities; and,
